GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Nana’s Kettle, Toffee and Treats uses both UPS and USPS for shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order (determined by weight and quantity), time of year, as well as the service you choose. 

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will be followed by a second email with your shipment and tracking information. 

  • All orders are shipped from Redwood City, CA

  • All orders are final once they have been shipped

  • Please note that UPS has suspended their delivery guarantee and although we may process your order on time and transfer the package to UPS for 2nd Day or Next Day delivery, the order might not appear in the UPS system for 24 hours which may cause delay on your expected delivery. Unfortunately this, as well as any other shipping issues through UPS or USPS, is out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause

COLD WEATHER PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:

  • November - April

  • Please allow 1-3 days for Processing as well as another 1-3 days for shipping

WARM WEATHER PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:

  • May - October / Additional $15 charge due to additional packaging that must be used so products do not melt

  • Please allow 1-3 days for processing as well as another 1-3 days for shipping

REFUND POLICY

  • If there are any problems with your order please email or call us, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

  • We can not be responsible for entry of incorrect shipping addresses.  Please verify the shipping address you enter before submitting your order.

  • Please note that we do not refund for “melting” as we cannot control how long the toffee and treats are in transport in the delivery truck or what the outside temperature may be in your area on the day of delivery.
